Discount codes cannot be applied to an order after the order has been placed. (We will not go back into the order and apply any discount, including your points)
Expected processing time to shipping your order is 1-4 business days unless otherwise noted within the order summary. If the order is listed as “CUSTOM” the shipping & processing time frame will be listed under the description of the product. You will be notified when your order ships. When checking out you have the option for standard, expedited and overnight shipping. Some options may allow local pickup based on your region. Please do not include holidays or weekends as business days. Apparel and bulk rolls of vinyl can delay an order by 7 extra business days.

Out of Stock Items:
Items that are out of stock can be refunded at the discretion of Event Graphix to fulfill the order faster. The items will be refunded once the product is shipped. If you do not want to be refunded and you would rather wait for the item to be in stock you can list this in the notes section at checkout, however the entire order will be held until that item is in stock and ready to ship.
We cannot change addresses in the system once the order has been completed. Please make sure you provide the correct address. Orders are shipped through USPS, UPS and Fedex. We are not responsible for packages that show delivered through tracking. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Please contact us if you are missing a package and we will work with our shipping provider to find out why the package is missing. If a package shows delivered we cannot reship or refund that order as it has been listed as “delivered”. All packages need to be reviewed within the first 5 days of receiving the order, any discrepancies need to be emailed to Event Graphix within those first 5 days with photos of all product received and a photo of the invoice that was in the package, after that time frame you forfeit the right for the order to be corrected or reviewed.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or it being undeliverable with the address you provided, we will invoice you for a new shipping charge. Once the invoice is paid the package will be resent to the new address provided. If you refuse to pay the shipping invoice the product is restocked at the full price of the order total.
Please understand that computer screen resolutions may vary in color. is
